Bring your memories to life!

Commemorate your life and experiences in a video made of your photographs and voice, explaining what was special to you through your life and times. DIO! Media can make this for you to a very high standard at an attractive price!

You're more than a grandfather or grandmother. Like everyone else, you've been on a journey with highs and lows along the way. Television probably wasn't invented when you were a child, yet technological progress has moved at huge speeds since - you could have spent the last 40 years watching TV and been party to a world changing out of recognition!

You probably weren't watching TV for 40 years continuously! This is the story you would wish to tell through us. To the right is a video showing how we would share these memories, the latest edition of a series of videos I send to my stepson to give him insight into my life as it goes.

The process of making such a film follows.

1.We would meet with you at your home to discuss what you would wish to share, and how long the video package you would want.

2. All the details will be put in a written contract for you to sign and kept by us and you.

3. You would provide us with pictures throughout your life for us to digitise.

4. These photos will be brought to the recording sessions, the pictures themselves returned to you by hand, but copies kept on a laptop for you to talk about when we record.

Your voice being edited

5. We will record you talking about each photo, and any memories around that photo. It will take about 1 hour of recording time for every 15 minutes of final output. This will be done at your home, in a relaxed and chatty manner to get the best out of you. No more than 4 hours of recording will be done in a day, letting you record at a gentle pace. Richard will stay at a local hotel or B&B for multiple days.

6. Based on 6 minutes of output a day, we will edit the video. A draft will be made available to you for discussion, and we will call you for any tweaks or edits.

7. The final edit will be made on printed DVD's, labelled with a personal picture of your choice on 1 hour of video per DVD.
