Penny is the demon networker of DIO! Meda, indeed the visionary behind
it. Penny has unrivalled knowledge of "the system" from the civil service, via the people who actually care and
support, to the voluntary and charity sector services in place to fill gaps government can't fill. Watch this space for
a course she is developing to teach others this dark art!
How to link Richard's high level skills with paid
work without forcing the poor guy to London to sell his wares on the street? Everything else on this website is what Richard
does but without the grease and mechanical knowledge of the system, Richard would never achieve what he has without her.
In 2003 Penny became involved in the administrative activities of several community groups; including
a community radio project - Bedlam FM in 2005. Given her links at local, regional and occasionally national health and
government you wonder if it is fame or notoriety?
Penny squashes these activities in between her
involvement in the Salvation Army. Somebody said Sunday was a day of rest?!
